Defining Competences
We help you define what "good" looks like in your organisation at each of the career levels in project and programme management and project office. This we do with our range of Aikona Accelerators which define roles, responsibilities and competences at each level.
Assessment
We assess your project management community against the defined role profiles and identify any learning and development needs to fill the gaps. We can do this online using a range of knowledge and behaviour assessment tools or through assessment centres which look for demonstration of behaviours in a simulated project environment.
Training
Learning and development interventions can be delivered in a variety of ways, from traditional classroom training through to technology based training, or offering a blend of the two. We can offer qualification courses, project simulations, topic focussed workshops, and coaching and mentoring programmes. Our modular learning solutions provide a targeted development plan that drives down the cost to learn.
Career pathways
We can work with you to define a career pathway that encourages aspiration and provides opportunities for succession planning. Career Pathways provide detailed learning and development activities and progression gates and In-Role development guides support self-directed learning.
Knowledge Networks
Unique to Aikona is the ability to provide organisations with an innovative knowledgebase with tools, templates, articles, case studies, white papers and other peer-reviewed content. The Aikona knowledgebase can be integrated into the project management community and combined with company specific content to provide a valuable resource. The knowledgebase content is linked with our elearning modules to provide extended learning opportunities from some of the professions leading authors.
