Find information quickly
Being able to find the right information quickly is probably the most important features of a good knowledge management solution. The Aikona Knowledgebase is structured in a number of unique ways to help you find what you are looking for.

Components
The Knowledgebase has a number of components or media types and these help to narrow down your search results. These include a Topic Library, Case Studies, Articles, Templates and technical papers.
Views
The views help to focus your search on the methodology or approach you are interested in. This filters content only relevant to PRINCE2® for example.Company specific views can be also be created.
Results
The following screenshot shows a typical search result from the Knowledgebase. In this illustration, the search term was "Issue management". All content is searched including PDF, HTML and other document types.
