Unique

Aikona is unique in the marketplace.Over the last 10 years we have created a modular approach to project and programme management training by taking the core knowledge from the major standard setting and professional bodies, including the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), Association for Project Management (APM), Project Management Institute (PMI®) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to created a series of 'core topics' and 'extensions'. Extensions take the core topic and align it to the required qualification syllabus.

 

 

Integration

This granularity enables complete flexibility in creating tailored learning events and providing 'just-in-time' learning. For many clients, this allows integration into other tools and resources, such as assessment led learning and wider curricula and development paths.

 

Task level learning

Modular learning provides learning at task level, as well as being able to create specific learning interventions on specific topics such as Stakeholder Management, which can be supplemented with company specific information and guidelines.
