In-Role Development Guides

Activities

The Aikona In-role development guides are part of the Aikona Accelerator range and are aimed at providing a core set of activities that individuals undergo to progress through project and programme roles. They provide the opportunity to customise and tailor each section to utilise existing resources and programmes.

 

Integral

In-Role development guides are designed to be an integral part of the individual's annual Personal Development Plan. Each guide contains a structured plan for gaining and demonstrating knowledge, behaviour and experience.

 

Learning Plan

They include a number of self-directed learning activities, extended learning through additional reading, and classroom-based events.Experiential learning is gained through monitored assignments and shadowing opportunities which are also detailed in the guides.

 

Record

In-role development guides also provide an evidential learning record that can support continual professional development.
