Aikona have developed a wide range of assessment tools and techniques that are available in generic format or that can be tailored to meet the needs of the organisation.
Focused Training
We can assess knowledge, behaviour and overall competence and we can also assess the maturity level of your organisation and help you reach a specific maturity goal and demonstrate return on investment through increased project performance. We offer a range of assessments to make sure that training focuses on those areas where it will result in the greatest improvement in performance.
Assessment Options include the following:

- Project Management Knowledge Assessment: based on five specific project areas and aligned to the APM BoK
- Project Manager's Behavioural Assessment: the only behavioural assessment based on empirical research ofbehaviours that contribute to project success
- PPM Assessment Centres that simulate a project environment and observes individual behaviours against a set of assessment criteria
- Scored CV to assess quantitatively and qualitatively experience of an individual.
- Structured Interviews to derive answers to specific questions and draw out data that can be compared and analysed
- APM Practitioner Qualification - Formal Assessment Centre leading to a qualification
