Our Experience

Context

Aikona understand the need for contextual learning and development. That is, really understanding how projects are delivered in specific industries and organisations. We can train core project management knowledge and develop good project management behaviours and leadership that are cross-industry, but an important element is the project environment and the types and complexity of project encountered.
