What is Compass?

 

Compass is based on the APM Competence Framework and it enables project and programme managers to assess themselves against 47 competences in Technical, Behavioural and Contextual domains.

It is an online solution, with 180° and 360° feedback allowing individuals and organisations to benchmark themselves against the IPMA international standards. It can be deployed immediately in its standard format, or can be tailored to suit an existing competence framework that you may have.

Your results can be validated by a Line Manager and peers and so can form part of an annual appraisal process.
